Lukasz Z. Czarnecki
Lukasz Z. Czarnecki is an Associate Professor at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow, Poland. He collaborates with the Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México, and the National Pedagogical University, Mérida, México.
He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences form the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2012), Mexico, a PhD in Sociology from the University of Strasbourg (2015), France, a PhD in Law from the Jagiellonian University of Kraków (2019), Poland.
His focus during last year includes post-colonial constitutionalism of Latin American and Asian countries, on macro and micro levels. How Derecho Indiano is reproduced in contemporary legal discourse in former Spanish and Portuguese colonies?
In addition, he is interested in subjective wellbeing of indigenous persons in southern Mexico, Latin American and Asian countries. He published recently a coauthored book on quantitative analysis of subjective wellbeing (Czarnecki and Vargas, 2023).
Recently, he also published a book titled Human Rights Protection and Ius Puniendi. Perspectives from Central East Europe and Latin American countries (Czarnecki, 2023).
He serves also as a Board Member for the Research Committee RC06 International Sociological Association and a Board Member of the Oñati Socio-Legal Series, Institute for the Sociology of Law in Oñati, Spain.

Juan Felipe Espinosa C.
Juan Felipe Espinosa C. is an Associate Professor at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (www.usm.cl) Chile. He serves as a Board Member for the Centro Basal AC3E at USM (www.ac3e.cl). He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Leicester School of Management, England, a Master from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a Diploma in University Education from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. His research interests lie in knowledge production, technology and society, and innovation management in Latin American contexts. Dr. Espinosa has conducted research on technical mediation in bank trading rooms and innovation management in various organizational contexts. Ariane Costa
Ariane Costa is a PhD candidate at the School of Social Sciences at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She serves as a Project Manager at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, focusing on Brazilian Democracy and Transatlantic Relations. Ariane holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with a research stay at the Torcuato Di Tella Institute in Buenos Aires. She graduated summa cum laude with dual bachelor's degrees in International Relations from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Her research stay at the Center for Brazilian Studies at San Diego State University and the Latin American Studies program at the University of California was supported by a CAPES Print scholarship. Philippe Ollé-Laprune
More than thirty years of cultural exchange between France and Latin America as consultant, coordinator, producer, translator, compiler and editor.
He has been responsible for the Cultural Service of the French Embassy in Honduras. He was founder and co-director of the Ad ́Hoc Agency, a private cultural agency in France, where he organized the Marché de la Poésie and the colloquium "Latin Americans speak to Europeans", in Paris.
He directed the Book Office of the French Embassy in Mexico from 1994 to 1998, where he published 85 books translated from French in fifteen Mexican publishing houses.
He was founding director of the Casa Refugio Citlaltépetl and of the magazine Líneas de fuga (1999 to 2016). He hosted 13 exiled writers in Mexico City in this framework, and organized some 600 literary and cultural events.
Director of the collection Les voies du Sud at Editions de la Différence, in Paris. Coordinated the ProTrad project to support the translation of Mexican books into other languages. He is literary director of the collection "Los insospechables" at Editorial Vanilla Planifolia.
He is the author of "Desorden aparente" (2007) published in Aldus, "Para leer a Aimé Césaire" (FCE, selection and prologue, 2008), "Tras desterrados" (FCE, selection and prologue, 2010) and "México: visitar el sueño" (2011), "Los escritores vagabundos" (2017), in Tusquets, "Sombra de la memoria" (2019) in FCE and " No soy de aquí, ni soy de allá" (2021) in Sexto Piso/UAM.
Until 2023 he was coordinator of University Extension at UAM Cuajimalpa. He is responsible for the ICORN Network (International Cities of Refuge Network) for Latin America and was announcer of the radio program "Acentos" in Opus 94 (more than 940 programs).
He is the author and host of the documentary series "America!" for Channel 11 and coordinator of the series "Conversar de Literatura" broadcast by Channel 22.

Paula Félix Dos Reis
Paula Félix dos Reis is a professor at the Center of Culture, Language and Applied Technologies of the Federal University of Recôncavo of Bahia. She holds a Master and a PHD degree in Culture and Society from the Federal University of Bahia. Professor Reis has professional and academic experience in cultural policies and arts management, which includes working for institutions such as the Ministry of Culture of Brazil and the Department of Culture of the State of Bahia. Pedro P. Bruzzi
Pedro P. Bruzzi is a PhD candidate in Public Administration and Government at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil. He holds a B.A. in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Bruzzi has experience with consultancy and is the founder of Arquimedes, a company focused on political advising and social media monitoring. Maria Dominguez
Maria Dominguez is a PhD Candidate in Political Science at the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ). She earned her Master’s degree in Political Communication and her B.A. in Communication Studies from the Federal University of Bahia. She also has professional and academic experience in the fields of public transparency, open data and anticorruption. Her doctoral thesis and current research are about the roles of the Executive and Legislative branches in the budget process in Brazil.

Andre Klevenhusen
(he/him)
Andre Klevenhusen is a Brazilian scholar who is completing his Ph.D. in Political Science from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil. He earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Government from FGV in 2020. Their thesis was titled “In the Justice We Trust: Why Ideological Citizens Are More Confident in Courts’ Decisions?” and was supervised by Carlos Eduardo Pereira. Additionally, he has also earned a Master’s degree in Social Research and Population Studies from Escola Nacional de Ciências Estatísticas (ENCE) in Brazil in 2013. Their thesis was titled “Mining and Socioeconomic Development”. He has completed his undergraduate studies in Social Sciences at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) in Brazil. He worked as a public servant at the Developing Agency of Rio de Janeiro (AGERIO) from 2014 to 2019 as an Analyst. He taught Sociology and Political Science at Escola Alemã Corcovado (2011 - to date) and at FGV (2021 - to date).

Luis Gustavo B. Locatelli
Luis Gustavo B. Locatelli currently works at the Center of Politics and Economics of the Public Sector (CEPESP), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), São Paulo. He received his B.A. in social sciences and M.A. in political science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). He won the 2014 and 2016 Eduardo Kugelmas Awards from the Brazilian Political Science Association (ABCP). Their research interests are political parties and party systems, comparative politics, party organizations in new democracies, elections, and Latin American politics. Besides politics, he is passionate about opera and classical music.
