Event Request Procedure 

The Latin American Studies is very enthusiastic to organize, co-sponsors, support and promote events for its students. To ensure the program to efficiently promote the event and facilitate attendance of its students, a request for funding must be submitted 20 business days in advance prior of the event date. Once completed, the form will be sent to the program’s director and MSO for final approval.

Once your sponsorship request accepted, the coordinator will provide fiscal information to expense previously determined amount from your event budget as well as our logo for your promotional material.

Promotional material containing our logo will be expected as soon as possible to be shared with our students, affiliated faculty members, community and social media.

If you need support with promotional material, make sure to provide enough visual material (images, portraits, logos) and the registration or webinar link if applicable.
